Hi, I’m Zvezdana.

ZVEKYRA began with drawing.

I’ve always been drawn to flowers, old botanical books,
decorative details and the quiet beauty found in things
made with care. I like the feeling of discovering
something small and beautiful and wanting to keep it close.

What started as a love for illustration slowly grew into
the world of ZVEKYRA. Today, I create illustrations and
develop them into notebooks, prints, stickers and other
objects that become part of the things around us.

Nature has always been at the centre of that world.
I don’t see it simply as decoration, but as something
that teaches us how to look — at shape, colour, rhythm
and detail.

The iris became one of the first symbols of ZVEKYRA and
continues to find its way into my work. I return to it
often because there is something about its shape and
colour that never seems to become ordinary.

I studied multimedia design, while my studies in Italian
language and literature brought another layer to the way
I think about art, culture and visual storytelling.
Somewhere between all of these interests, ZVEKYRA began
to take shape.

There is no strict formula behind what I create.
Usually, it starts with something that catches my
attention — a flower, an old image, a colour or a detail —
and the idea grows from there.
